Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Tyaari, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the site.

2. Use of the platform

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You may not misuse the platform, including by scraping, spamming, or attempting to breach our security or that of other users.

3. Role of Tyaari

Tyaari is a marketplace that connects users and vendors. We do not control or guarantee:

• the quality, safety, or legality of vendor services;
• the accuracy of vendor listings; or
• the performance of users or vendors.

Any contracts or agreements are between users and vendors directly. Tyaari is not a party to those agreements.

4. Vendor obligations

• Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their listings, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date.
• Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, permits, and regulations for the services they offer.
• Vendors agree not to post misleading, discriminatory, or inappropriate content on their profiles or in messages.

5. User content and messaging

Users may send messages and upload limited attachments through Tyaari's messaging tools. You agree that:

• You will not send abusive, illegal, or harmful content or attachments through the platform.
• We may temporarily store and process messages and attachments to deliver them between participants and to maintain the service.

6. Payments and bookings

At this time, Tyaari does not process payments or act as an escrow. Any payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies are agreed directly between users and vendors. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding those terms before booking.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Tyaari is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for:

• losses arising from vendor or user actions, omissions, or disputes; or
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tyaari at any time, including where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or possible legal exposure for us or other users, or where required by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Tyaari after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
